Can't come to the whole event? No problem! We'll be happy to see you for part of the weekend, or even if you just drop-in long enough to say hello. 
 

This Schedule is our best approximation to help with planning . . . as with all plans, they can change! So please bear with us as we confirm all the details. 
 

For privacy sake, locations will be shared with those whose RSVPs/Applications have been accepted.

Friday group size limit--30 people--Sign up quick! The OG Tov-ers get first dibs for nostalgia-sake ;), but after that it's first-come first-serve.

Expect these Activities (subject to change):
 

  • Introductions/Icebreakers

  • Pavilion Dinner

  • Firepit Songs--Cozy and Legendary Vibes

  • Tea and Books

  • Legos and Games

  • Hand Tools Demo--Log to Beam (1 hr)

  • Scything

  • Archery
     

Saturday / 9/26/26

Saturday group size limit--60 people

Expect these Activities (subject to change):

  • Fantasy LARP adventure*

  • Writing Critique Groups--(1.5 hrs.)

  • Drawing Table (1.5hrs)

  • ​Display Tables

  • Sword Class and Duels

  • Legos and Games

  • Talent Showcase** and Vision Sharing***

  • Fancy Breakfast for Dinner cooked over the Fire

  • Prayer for the Arts

  • English Country Dancing

  • Cleanup
     

*A dramatic, live-action adventure of improv-drama, battles, quests and interesting characters. AKA, highly dignified playing pretend in the woods with swords--and a really cool plot. ;) Check out the "Questions" page or contact us for more info!
**A time to showcase your skills in drama, singing, dance, or to share a short-film,  poetry, audio drama, music, photography slides, etc.
***A time to pitch your dream or vision to the other Tov-ers, and ask for prayer.

Sunday / 9.27/26

Sunday Group size limit--everyone welcome!

  • Depart for Roan Mountain (carpool if necessary)

  • 10:30AM–Meetup at Roan Mountain parking lot, begin hike/service

    • Prayer

    • Worship Songs

    • Sharing

    • Scripture

  • 12-1PM–Descend Mountain,

  • 12:30-1--Depart (Eat out together if desired)
